A ticket for each station
Kitchen and bar tickets print by category at each station’s printer, so the grill gets the grill’s lines and the bar gets the drinks.

Restaurants and shops in Zahle
Zahle is the main city of the Bekaa, known for its restaurants along the Berdawni and their long mezze menus, with butchers, sweet shops, groceries and the produce of the Bekaa plain around them.
A mezze order goes to more than one place: the cold kitchen, the grill, the bar. Table prints each category’s lines at its own station and keeps the table open until the guest check.
Produce brought in by farmers
A farm-supply setting gives each farmer’s drop-off a lot code printed on its price tags. A scan at the till credits that farmer, and the weekly settlement report shows what sold, what’s owed and what’s paid.
Supermarket POSRecipes and ingredient stock
With the Recipes + Storehouse setting, every dish sold deducts its ingredients, and recipe cost follows what the ingredients cost you.

A bill paid partly in dollars and partly in lira, with the change worked out in both and split between the two. Every sale stores the rate it used, so past dollar totals don’t move with the lira.

Questions
Table in Zahle: questions
Can the grill’s orders print apart from the cold mezze?
Yes. Kitchen tickets are routed by category: put the grill items in one category and the cold mezze in another, give each station its printer in Settings → Print, and each order prints its own lines at each station. Routing is by category, not by single product.
We sell produce from farmers on consignment. Can the till track it?
Yes, with the farm-supply setting. Each farmer’s drop-off is a lot whose code prints on its price tags, so a scan at the till credits that farmer. The shop owes only for what sold, at the intake price; payouts are recorded in dollars and lira, and the weekly Farmer settlement report shows sold, owed, paid and balance.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
No. The till runs on a Windows PC or laptop you already have (the standard build for 64-bit Windows 10 and 11, the Legacy build for Windows 7, 8 and 32-bit), with a standard receipt printer, cash drawer and barcode scanner. If you’d rather buy everything at once, the Laptop Bundle ($400) and the Touch Screen Bundle ($550) come with the cash drawer and receipt printer configured.
Do you install Table in Zahle?
Yes, at the same price as anywhere in Lebanon. Every installed bundle includes installation in your shop and training for whoever will be on the till: Software Only ($150) on a computer you already have, or the Laptop Bundle ($400) and the Touch Screen Bundle ($550), which come with the cash drawer and receipt printer configured. The first year of the licence is included, and we agree the day with you on WhatsApp. You can also sign up online and install the Windows app yourself, with no visit at all.
