Aley has been a summer resort above Beirut for generations. Its main street and souk fill with restaurants, cafés and sweet shops on summer evenings, and its groceries, butchers and pharmacies serve the town and the villages around it all year.
On a summer weekend a restaurant seats bookings and walk-ins at once. With Table mode, staff enter each booking, the floor view marks the tables booked in the next 24 hours, and a booking is seated at its table in one step.

Can we take reservations for summer weekends?
Yes, with Table mode. Staff enter each booking with the name, phone, party size, time, length and a preferred table, and seat it from the floor view when the guests arrive. Customers can’t book online, and bookings aren’t confirmed by SMS or WhatsApp.
How does support work?
On WhatsApp (+961 81 664 397) and from inside the app. The help assistant answers how-to questions in Lebanese Arabic or English, typed or by voice, one step at a time; when it can’t, one tap sends the question to Table with the whole conversation attached.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The till, the printed receipt and the owner phone app are in Arabic or English, and each cashier picks their own language, so an Arabic cashier and an English manager can share one till. The help assistant inside the app answers in Lebanese Arabic or English, typed or by voice.
Do you install Table in Aley?
Yes, at the same price as anywhere in Lebanon. Every installed bundle includes installation in your shop and training for whoever will be on the till: Software Only ($150) on a computer you already have, or the Laptop Bundle ($400) and the Touch Screen Bundle ($550), which come with the cash drawer and receipt printer configured. The first year of the licence is included, and we agree the day with you on WhatsApp. You can also sign up online and install the Windows app yourself, with no visit at all.
