How ordering works
- Add a bundle to the cart, enter your details, and continue to Whish’s secure hosted checkout.
- Once Whish confirms the payment, we message you on WhatsApp to book delivery and installation.
- We deliver and install it in your shop, set up your products, and train whoever will be on the till.
- The first year of software is included in every bundle. After that it’s $100 a year — the same as the online plan, with support and updates.
Which one do you need?
Already have a laptop or an old desktop? You may not need a bundle at all: the online plan is $10 a month or $100 a year, and you sign up yourself. Software Only is the cheapest bundle, for when you’d rather we came and set it up for you in person, with training and the first year included.
Opening a shop from nothing? The Laptop Bundle is the one we recommend: the machine, cash drawer and receipt printer arrive configured together, so there is nothing left to piece together.
Short on counter space? The Touch Screen Bundle costs more but takes less room and behaves like a purpose-built till rather than a laptop propped on the counter.
Not sure yet? You don’t have to buy anything to try it — the software is free for 14 days with no card, and you can order hardware later.
Will your computer run it? It doesn’t have to be new: the standard build runs on 64-bit Windows 10 and 11, and the Legacy build on Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 or any 32-bit Windows. The cashier till runs only in the Windows desktop app. There is no Mac, Linux, iPad or Android till, and opening the till in a web browser shows a download page.
