The rush is the whole business
Between seven and nine you either serve everyone or you lose them. A till that takes four taps per manoushe is a till that costs you the morning.
Every order has a change to it
Extra cheese, no thyme, half and half, well done. If those live in the server’s head, the oven gets it wrong and you eat the cost.
You don’t know what the dough costs
Flour, oil and cheese all move separately. Without a real recipe cost you’re pricing on a feeling from last year, and the margin quietly disappears.

Add-ons without typing
Extra cheese, no thyme, well done — preset per item, tapped in a second, and printed on the ticket that goes to the oven.

Trays and by the dozen
Packs let you sell a single piece or a whole tray from the same product, with stock counted in pieces either way.

Real dough cost
Build each item from ingredients — flour, oil, cheese, zaatar — with their current costs. Every sale deducts them, so your margin is measured, not guessed.

Delivery and phone orders
Take the address, the delivery fee and the driver on the order, then follow it through to cashed on the delivery board.

Dollars and lira on one bill.
A manoushe priced in dollars, paid in lira, with the change in either.
Every sale stores the rate it used and is kept in dollars, so past dollar totals don’t move with the lira. Lira shown to the customer is rounded to the 5,000 note.

Questions
What forn owners ask.
Is it fast enough for the morning?
One tap per item and add-ons without typing. The grid is arranged the way your counter works, so the twenty things you sell before ten o’clock are all on the first screen.
Can it handle ‘same but with cheese’?
Yes. Set it up as a variation and it’s a second tap on the item’s picker, or add it as a preset extra under Modify. Either way it’s on the line and on the ticket, not a new product or a note the kitchen has to read.
Does dough cost come from my real flour price?
Yes. Build the dough as a recipe with your actual ingredient costs and everything made from it inherits that cost.
What if I only have one phone?
Your phone runs the free owner app for stock, cash and reports, but the till itself needs a Windows laptop or PC. The Table POS app for Windows is a free download, and the $10-a-month plan ($100 a year) covers one till. Printer and cash drawer can come later.

Sign up
Your shop’s name and your mobile number. The shop and its PIN are created on the spot.

Download the Windows app
The till runs in the Table app for Windows. Download it

Connect the app
Click Download on the signup screen and the app picks up the 6-character pairing code shown when you sign up (valid 24 hours) when it opens on the same computer; anywhere else, enter the code. After 24 hours, message Table on WhatsApp for a new one.
