Sidon is the commercial centre of the South: the old souk near the Sea Castle, the fishing harbour, supermarkets and mini-markets on the main roads, and sweet shops and restaurants along the corniche.
A supermarket needs barcodes, stock and a second till at the busy hours; a butcher or a sweet shop sells by weight; and many shops keep regular customers on account. Table does all three on one system.

Can my supermarket run two tills?
Yes. Extra tills are an add-on at $10 a month or $100 a year each, switched on for you by Table. Each sells from the same products and stock and keeps its own cash drawer, shift and end-of-day Z report, and each computer chooses its register in Settings.
Does the till keep working through a power cut?
The till’s side is the internet: it keeps selling without it and sends the sales when the connection returns. The power is the computer’s side: a laptop, like the one in the Laptop Bundle, keeps running on its battery through a cut, and a desktop or a touch screen needs a UPS to ride out the switch to the generator.
What happens when the internet drops?
The till keeps selling. It checks its own connection to Table, so Wi-Fi with no internet counts as offline: sales are kept on the computer, print their receipt and kitchen tickets, open the cash drawer, and are sent when the connection returns, each with its original time and exchange rate. Reports, other tills’ figures and saving changes in Management and Settings wait for the connection.
Do you install Table in Sidon?
Yes, at the same price as anywhere in Lebanon. Every installed bundle includes installation in your shop and training for whoever will be on the till: Software Only ($150) on a computer you already have, or the Laptop Bundle ($400) and the Touch Screen Bundle ($550), which come with the cash drawer and receipt printer configured. The first year of the licence is included, and we agree the day with you on WhatsApp. You can also sign up online and install the Windows app yourself, with no visit at all.
