About this shop

Zeitoun & Co. is a demonstration storefront built on Table — a fictional Lebanese pantry shop, used to show what your own online store looks like when it runs off your till. Every product here is a real row in a real POS: change a price at the register and this page changes with it, and the stock counts you see are the same numbers the cashier sees. Prices show in dollars and lira at the day's rate. Nothing ordered here is dispatched — it's a demo.

Questions

Is this a real shop?

No. Zeitoun & Co. is a demonstration store built on Table, so you can see how a real one behaves before setting yours up. Orders placed here are not fulfilled.

How do the stock counts work?

They come from the same product records the till sells from. Sell an item at the counter and the number here drops — there is no second inventory to keep in step.

Why are prices in two currencies?

Prices are set in dollars and converted at the rate your shop is using, so a customer paying in lira sees the figure they will actually pay.

How much does an online store cost?

$5 a month on top of the Table plan, with no commission on anything ordered through it.
